Question 41 - What kind of training is available for those wanting to start or be involved in fresh expressions?

A number of organisations offer training of one kind or another. Fresh Expressions offers:

vision day logovision days - a day for the whole Christian community to discover more about fresh expressions of church. (Dream dreams - ask questions - share your story - think about what it is to be church - find out about fresh expressions - discover resources - build networks and relationships.)

mission shaped intro logomission shaped intro - six weeks to rediscover mission and re-imagine church. (A freely downloadable course ideal for leadership teams, small groups, PCCs, church councils and larger gatherings. Enjoyable and hands-on, combining presentations and group activity with an imaginative use of film and music clips, worship and prayer.)

mission shaped ministry logomission shaped ministry - a year to be equipped in planting and sustaining fresh expressions of church. (A one year, part-time course to equip individuals and teams for a lifetime of good practice and learning. Rooted in prayer and worship and designed for all, regardless of denomination, tradition or learning style, this course is delivered by local centres to ensure that application is relevant and practical.)
